Sugar-Free Lemon Mug Cake



1 egg                                                                                                        
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon lemon liquid stevia
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
pinch salt
Order Ingredients


Whisk the egg, lemon juice, cream and stevia together in a small bowl.
Stir in the coconut flour, baking powder and salt.
Microwave 1 minute to 30 seconds or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
Top with whipped cream if desired!
